This project comprises 266 1BHK flats, under the PMAY CLSS program, with the mission to provide quality housing for underprivileged individuals, fulfilling the dream of dignified shelter. The project has received accolades from esteemed figures such as Hon. C.M. Devendra Fadnavis during his official visit on May 13, 2017, and several other government officials. Notably, the Ayeshakiran Township Project was honored with the prestigious "Best Project in EWS Category in Maharashtra State" award by Hon. Ministry Housing Hardeepsing Puri in 2019.
